Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #22:
25 year old of Caribbean descent who had a very low and broad nasal bridge, bulbous and fatty tip and wide nostrils. Rhinoplasty Surgery was performed where the SLUPimplant™ was placed in the nasal dorsum, successfully elevating as well as narrowing the bridge. Nasal tip definition was achieved through a defatting technique, coupled with placement of a nasal strut graft and nasal shield grafts in order to further refine the nasal tip structures. Narrowing of nostril width was performed using a horizontal and vertical narrowing technique, giving the patient her desired results post-operatively. |
