Ethnic Rhinoplasty 28 Days After Surgery
This is a 43 year old African American female requesting Ethnic Rhinoplasty procedure by Dr. Slupchynskyj. The patient was not pleased with the height of her bridge, the width of her nostrils and the bulbous tip. Dr. Slupchynksyj performed an Open Rhinoplasty using his proprietary 3 tiered technique to elevate and augment the nasal bridge using a custom carved silicone implant SLUPimplant™. Furthermore, the tip was defatted and a cartilage shield and strut graft were used to refine the nasal tip and reduce the bulbous tip. Lastly, the nostrils were narrowed from a vertical and horizontal perspective. The results seen are 28 days post-op. Notice there is virtually no bruising and very little swelling. The swelling in the tip and surrounding tissue will continue to subside over the next 3 months. |
